What moves the EUR/AED rate
The EUR leg
The euro takes its direction from ECB policy and the growth gap between the euro area's largest economies, with peripheral bond spreads as a stress signal.
The AED leg
The dirham is pegged to the US dollar at roughly 3.6725, so AED doesn't move independently — a GBP/AED or EUR/AED rate is effectively a bet on the dollar leg.
